UPDATE FROM TOM SPAHR and MARY REECE

Mary and Tom are running together as candidates for the Regency Board with a shared agenda. We encourage folks to vote for both of us on our combined ticket. We have been running together as a team for the entire campaign and nothing has changed.

Additionally, David Wu announced his withdrawal from the race and generously endorsed Mary and Tom. We appreciate his endorsement along with the outpouring of owner support for our team. We are excited for the opportunity to advance our agenda which overlaps with David's focus on governance and financial matters.

Mary and Tom are the right team because they both have extensive executive and corporate credentials and experience.

Mary is an experienced Business Leader with a CPA and MBA. Following a 28-year career at Citigroup, Mary joined Freddie Mac as VP, Compliance. Mary has been an active Regency owner since she moved here in 2021. She served as chair of both the Facilities and Finance Committees. In these roles, she drove the prioritization of the critical infrastructure projects in 2022 and developed the capital spending plan in 2023.

Tom has been a respected and vested Owner at the Regency Community for the past 13 years. An experienced Business Leader, he co-founded and served on the Board of MicroStrategy, a Tysons-based firm trusted by more than 4,000 enterprises for data and analytics solutions. Tom is currently active in philanthropy and venture capital. As an owner of two Florida condos impacted by special assessments for major infrastructure projects, Tom also brings unique experience and insights to providing solutions for the Regency.

We respectfully ask you to vote for both Tom and Mary.
